  7. Submit a substantiated request with objection to the state and local government agencies’ use of Your personal data when exercising their statutory powers;
  8. Submit a substantiated request about change or elimination of Your personal data by any owner or manager of the Database, if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
  9. Protection of Your personal data from illegal processing or random loss, deletion, or damage connected with deliberate concealment, failure to submit or late submission, as well as the right for protection from provision of unreliable information or information that discredits the honor, dignity or business reputation;
  10. Apply for protection of Your rights regarding personal data to state authorities, local government bodies, whose powers include protection of personal information;
  11. Apply for legal defense in case of the violation of the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection;
  12. Other rights provided by the current Ukrainian legislation.

In case of Your personal data’s transmission to the third persons Kyiv Post informs you about the fact within 10 business days. Such message will not be sent if:

  • Your personal data are transmitted upon request for executing search, tracking or counterintelligence tasks, fighting against terrorism;
  • state authorities and local government bodies are executing their statutory powers;
  • Your personal data are processed for historic, statistical or scientific purposes.
