From1995 played in Volyn` Lutsk team. In 1998 was transferred to FC Shahtar Donetsk. Played for Shahtar, played in 57 matches in Euro cups,scored 1 goal. In the Cup of Ukraine has spent 45 matches, scored a goal, in the Championship of Ukraine — 227 matches, 32 goals. Passed on to Petersburg Zenith for 20$million in February, 2007. Zenith – St.-Petersburg captain.
